  • Cheryl B. Kerr, MD, FAAP: CEO, and founding pediatrician, set up the first telemedicine link between school-based health centers and a pediatrician’s office. She developed this multi-disciplinary office into a model for one level of quality care. Trained at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, she has long been committed to innovation in medical teaching and the development of multimedia telecommunications.

    Lawrence P. Kerr, MD, FACS: COO, is a highly regarded specialty surgeon. He has worked extensively to care for children with congenital anomalies, as well as surgical trauma patients. Since his work in New York and at the University of Pennsylvania, he has continued to be an innovator, inspiring teacher and community leader. He is passionate about collaboration improving healthcare, and about using technology for the benefit of patients.
