The whole process starts with a question or a need for collaboration. For example:

• a nurse on a home visit with concerns about a worsening wound
• a general practitioner with specific questions about a strange rash
• a specialist needing to consult a social worker about a patient's history
• a resident communicating with the attending physician

A healthcare provider just logs into ClickCare over the web from the iPhone, the laptop, or the desktop. He/she adds the patient’s demographics along with any number of digital photos, videos, sounds, or other media. A question about the patient can be asked or a plan of treatment put forth.

At another place or time, the collaborating provider reviews both the issue and the pictures and then responds with particular comments.

Every case is automatically archived for teaching and future reference.
