iClickCare is comprised of two components -- iClickCare Web (WEB), deployed in a standard modern browser, and iCickCare for the iPhone (MOBILE) - a native smartphone application running in iOS 4. The core functionaility is the same on both platforms and is extended to each to take advantage of their respective benefits.

MOBILE allows for the seamless integration of photographs, video and text messaging for healthcare cases. WEB extends the application with professional networking and coverage features, as well as administrative options for large organizations.

iClickCare is standards-based in order to easily take advantage of new technologies. The support of industry standards provides iClickCare customers with advanced capabilities as new technologies emerge.

WEB is supported in the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and higher
  • Google Chrome 6.0 and higher
  • Apple Safari 4.0 and higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and higher

MOBILE is supported on any iPhone and any iOS device. Camera features require that the device have a camera. WEB supports media uploads in the following formats: jpg, png and gif. iPhone video is supported on both MOBILE and WEB.

ANSI-92 supported SQL back-end.  The iClickCare applications manage all connections to the SQL database servers providing the performance, stability, and maintainability necessary for 24/7 operations.

True SSL security. Both WEB and MOBILE support 128 bit encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Additional security is built into the user interface on both applications. These features ensure that you, as a healthcare professional, have true HIPAA compliance in collaborating with other professionals.

Native iOS 4 technology. MOBILE is a native iPhone application written entirely using Apple’s iOS 4 APIs that communicates over the internet with the iClickCare application.

Cross-platform support. This features enables WEB to be deployed on any operating system including Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and Solaris; as well as handheld devices such as: PDAs, Smartphones, and all SMS-compliant devices.

PDF Support. WEB uses the PDF industry standard for creating and outputting reports.
