Q: What if you are not technically oriented, a "non-techie"?
A: ClickCare does not require technical know-how at all. It is designed to be used by any medical professional, regardless of their computer background. ClickCare training, which is included with the service, will tell you everything you need to know. Ongoing help and support are provided.
Q: What type of computer and digital camera equipment do I need to use the service?
A: ClickCare simply requires access to any Windows PC, Macintosh, or Linux computer with a web browser and an internet connection. To use ClickCare photo /video gallery feature, we recommend a 3 megapixel digital camera for photos and video clips.
Q: What about liability?
A: Responsibility stays with the medical provider requesting consultation, unless the patient is physically transferred.
Q: Can I gain access to ClickCare when I’m out of town?
A: Yes, ClickCare can be viewed on any internet browser, but continued compliance with your HIPAA responsibilities are assumed.
Q: How does ClickCare integrate with the electronic medical records that we already have?
A: It can be linked with your EMR or used as an abbreviated record of the interesting teaching cases.
