Q: Can my administrative assistant type in notes for me?

Q: Is ClickCare replaced by an electronic medical record?
A: No. ClickCare is a communication service that is pictorial and an abstract of the patient's problems. It organizes relevant patient information with a format that is far easier to review than an electronic medical record (EMR).
